Privacy Policy

Back Pain Log is designed to be private and offline.

Data collection

Back Pain Log does not collect data from you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no developer server receiving your app data.

Local storage

Your discomfort logs, treatment selections, notes, favourites, treatment order, and reminder preference are stored locally on your device. The app does not use a network connection to send this information to us.

CSV export

Back Pain Log includes a CSV export feature. Export is started by you. Once exported, you choose where to save or share the file, for example with a physio, GP, or your own records. We do not receive exported files unless you deliberately send them to us.

Daily reminders

If you enable a daily reminder, it is scheduled on your device. We do not receive reminder data.

Back Pain Log is a diary, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If pain is severe, changing, or worrying, consider speaking with a qualified health professional.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this address.
