Everyday Stoic (“the app”) is built to be completely private. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app does and does not do with information.

Summary

Everyday Stoic does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There is no account to create and no sign-up. The app has no server, and it does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, or any other personal information. We have no servers that receive your data, and we cannot identify you.

How the daily quote works

The quote of the day is chosen entirely on your device from a list of quotes included in the app. The selection is based only on the calendar date. Nothing about what you view is sent anywhere.

The home screen and lock screen widgets

The widgets display the same daily quote and run entirely on your device. They do not collect information and do not communicate with any server.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Everyday Stoic contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking technologies. We do not build a profile of you and we do not follow you across apps or websites.

Selling or sharing data

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information, because we do not collect any.

Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this address.
